(1) In 2026, Payward—an emerging global digital asset company—is announcing that it will build a financial infrastructure called “OneLedge,” which connects exchanges, banks, asset management and corporate services through its proprietary KRAKEN platform. This strategy aims to integrate the previously fragmented financial system, offering customers and partners more convenient and efficient services.

(2) The KRAKEN platform holds about 6.6 million asset accounts across over 190 countries and regions, with an estimated asset volume of $40–50 billion. Based on this, Payward offers a range of financial products such as cards, loans, securities, tokenized shares, etc. Recently, it has expanded structured asset‑management services in partnership with BitWise, Institutional Investor, and is planning to open new business areas centered around tokenized equities and structured products.

(3) Prior to building the platform, Payward acquired companies in the fixed‑income and securities product space and strengthened its infrastructure for securitized products by acquiring major firms such as NintTrader and BitNomial. It has also been reported that it will acquire a European bank, which is expected to solidify its position in the global market.

(4) In terms of investment, Payward has committed $500 million, accelerating expansion of the platform and development of new products. The company’s Q2 2026 revenue reached $580 million, up 17 % from the same period last year, demonstrating that it is securing profitability and efficiently deploying its own capital.

(5) Meanwhile, Payward is expanding collaboration with Nasdaq and LSE (London Stock Exchange), jointly promoting tokenized equity listings and related technology. This strategic partnership enhances competitiveness in the digital asset market while aiming to provide customers with a wider range of financial services.
