Venture Capital CommonWell Ventures has recently launched its second fund, targeting investment in start‑up companies that aim to achieve long‑term public interest outcomes. This fund will operate independently of political variables such as regime change and is slated to have a size of $54 million (USD).

The primary purpose of the fund is to provide capital to enterprises pursuing innovation that can sustain public interest, while helping them develop solutions that can benefit both market and society. In particular, start‑ups in fields like education, health care, communication, and environment are given priority selection.

Fund management will emphasize long‑term public interest over immediate governmental policy influence, fostering mutual trust between companies and investors, thereby promoting transparent capital flow. This is regarded as a strategic approach to address the complex challenges confronting the nation and society.
