Chippolle (치폴레), which has just opened a new store in Gangnam, has launched an official mobile application called “Chippolle Korea” to provide customers with convenience. At the first store located in Seoul‑Incheon on the 30th, customers can place orders through this app and pick up their food at a designated time without having to wait in long lines. Chippolle’s operator, S&C Restaurant Holdings (S&C), has registered “Chippolle Korea” on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store so that customers can order from anywhere at any time and set pickup times in 10‑minute intervals.

The app allows users to preselect menu items before arriving at the store, and choose toppings—such as sauces, proteins (chicken, steak, barbacoa, carnitas, sopfritas), cheeses, sauces, and other condiments—from a list of “appropriate, appropriate, many” options. This custom‑ordering flow is implemented directly in the app. At the same time, the store’s ordering system and pickup area are physically separated, greatly reducing crowding at the line. The result is expected to improve store efficiency and raise customer satisfaction.

With this new app, S&C intends to open another 2–3 locations within the year, and open a first Singapore branch next spring, with plans to launch in Asia. They also aim to expand Korean‑Singapore business rights by leveraging the business know‑how under joint operation with “Vibrate Company” and the US Chippolle parent company.

“Customers who use ‘Chippolle Korea’ at the Gangnam 1st store can enjoy a faster, more convenient experience of taste and customization,” an S&C spokesperson said.
