BitQuiri recently released investigation results, announcing that the number of wallets involved in Ledger‑Crypto incidents has increased from 324 to 335. The additional 11 wallets are mainly on the TRON chain where users hold TRX tokens, and it was emphasized that no new losses were incurred—only the scope of the tracking expanded.
The investigation concluded that the total loss remains about $120 million (≈KRW 13.7 billion). This figure is not an official amount acknowledged by Ledger; it merely reflects BitQuiri’s internal analysis. In this update, BitQuiri targeted six chains: TRON, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), BNB Chain, and Polygon (POL).
According to BitQuiri’s announcement, as of October 12 the total number of wallets linked to incidents was confirmed at 335, surpassing the previous figure of 324. However, neither the number of victims nor the amount lost changed, and the expanded tracking did not directly affect loss amounts. BitQuiri re‑established its figures based on Ledger’s October 11 release of $93.2 million and 315 wallets, ultimately setting the final tally at $120 million for 324 wallets. Along with this, Ledger confirmed cases related to the sale of assets by the Southeast Asian reseller CryptoBilis, though an official statement has not yet been made.
