Samyang Holdings Chairman Kim Yun addressed the 102nd‑anniversary ceremony in Seoul on the 25th, urging employees toward change and innovation with the words, “The historic achievements of a century and two do not guarantee our future.” He emphasized that the company must secure its sustainability through advanced global and specialty (high‑value) business focus and finance‑based management, and declared AI transformation as a core strategy.

Amid external uncertainties such as geopolitical risks, raw material price volatility, and economic polarization, Chairman Kim underscored the need for Samyang Group to strengthen its competitiveness. He highlighted key achievements such as expanding high‑value component supply through a strategic partnership with Japanese aromatherapy specialist Sodar Aromatics, and boosting business efficiency by building an in‑house AI platform, “SAMI 2.0.”

On the 23rd, Chairman Kim participated in anniversary volunteer activities alongside about 200 employees. The event, themed “One Nation, 102,” was held at eight volunteer sites in the Seoul metropolitan area, demonstrating the company’s commitment to community values.

Samyang Group plans to provide over 4,000 units of its newly produced products to the export market. It also intends for employees to donate around 550 blood donations to local communities, an initiative that underscores the firm’s social responsibility.
