Seoul – HCG’s ‘Jeid 4.0’ solution, launched in April, is bringing a new wave of change to HR management for small and mid‑size companies. As CEO Park Jae-hyun emphasized during an interview at the company’s headquarters in Seocho District last month, the core function of this latest version is to detect early signals of employee attrition and burnout and respond accordingly.
‘Jeid 4.0’ introduced a risk‑signal detection module in addition to the data analysis it already offered on personnel, attendance and payroll. When patterns such as overtime increase, utilization drop or department turnover rise appear, the system automatically alerts the risk and informs HR managers and executives. This allows an organization to take swift action if attrition spikes or a particular department’s turnover stays high.
In practice, HCG analyzed 200 000 pieces of feedback collected from about 100 clients in 2024 and confirmed that collaboration and teamwork among employees were evaluated as the highest. CEO Park explained that “even though the MZ generation is personalized, a culture that recognizes good colleagues and collaborative peers still permeates deep into organizations” and noted that employee rewards tied to performance are increasingly given in cash at team meetings through the ‘performance credit’ system.
HCG plans to extend beyond risk‑signal alerts into the stage where it directly performs work. CEO Park said, “We are developing an AI agent that will judge and perform HR tasks from start to finish” and predicted a new market where companies not only purchase HR software but receive results automatically from the system.
