Sorelle Bronca Winery’s premium line “Bivaglia” was announced on July 27, 2024, as part of its domestic distribution plan. The line comprises five varieties, divided into the “Particella” series (three types) and the two variants “Rest (L’EST)” and “Lovest (L’OVEST).

The “Particella” series uses three distinct grape varieties—68, 181, 232—that were produced in the same year, producing vintage Prosecco with hues such as “Brû,” “Estra Brû,” etc. The name, meaning “distinct” in Italian, emphasizes brand consistency by reflecting the vineyard number. Notably, Particella 181 received this year’s highest rating of “Tre Bicchieri” in Italy, acknowledging its quality. Prosecco is renowned for large production volumes worldwide; this award‑winning line ranks among the world’s top ten best wines.

Within the series, grapes from the “Rive” region are designated as “Superiore DOCG,” indicating top-tier quality. The Particella series differs from traditional Prosecco that uses sugar in second fermentation; instead it employs natural grape must (must) for a dry method of second fermentation. This reflects a production philosophy aimed at maximizing grape characteristics.

“Rest (L’EST)” and “Lovest (L’OVEST)” mean “east” and “west” respectively in Italian, representing a Prosecco line with fresh aroma that can be enjoyed from everyday meals to diverse events. Sorelle Bronca Winery’s representative said: “Prosecco is more than sparkling wine you enjoy lightly; it expresses various characteristics according to grape, terroir, and producer philosophy.” He added: “Through this launch we want to introduce the new value of Prosecco to Korean consumers.”
