The two properties operated by Shinra Hotel & Resort—Jeju Shinra Hotel and Shinra Monogram Gangneung—each received a “Platinum Winner” award at the MUSE Hotel Awards. Jeju Shinra Hotel was recognized under the name “Seaside Hotel,” while Gangneung’s Shinra Monogram Gangneung received the title “Coastal Hotel.” The MUSE Awards are organized by IAA International Awards Associate and evaluate overall aspects such as design, service, and customer experience. A blind review panel awards platinum, gold, and silver levels; Jeju Shinra Hotel earned high marks for its scenic seaside view and premium resort experience.
